This is the second aresol can chargepipe setup I've built. Neither one has ever blown a chargepipe. I use a can opener to cut the end out of the spray cans. It leaves a lip for the couplers and clamps to grab on to. I doubt I'll ever split a can with boost. Boost is not a lot of pressure. Kick a tire at 15lbs.
